Uses: Peppermint (a hybrid of spearmint and watermint) is a common household medicinal herb frequently used to reduce nausea and minor digestive problems (and chronic problems such as IBS); and also to relieve headaches, such as migraines and those caused by sinus congestion. It is also used to promote dental health, for mild stimulant effects that may aid in ability to exercise, and is also used topically for it's cooling properties, such as to relieve insect bite itching.
Serving: 1-2 tsp/day in 8 oz. boiling water. Steep 3-5 minutes @ 212°.
